Saturday morning kumite with Sensei Laurie and Sensei Fayçal
Students ready to spar are welcome to join us for an hour of non-stop sparring. Each of us adjusts to the person before us, so that everyone can practice intensely and safely (and also joyfully!). An hour of sparring is the best way to leave the work week behind!
